Diamond Sky VIP, unlimited mobile data for £10 a month - Sky app issue
An offer that's appeared in the sky app says as I am a Diamond Sky VIP, I can get unlimited data on my mobile for £10 a month. When I click through on the app to "Explore our offers" I just get a blank screen. Is this because the app is broken, or is this not available to me, depsite being offered it?

If you are already a Sky mobile customer then do noe this offer might apply to a new sim only.

It could be a fault with the app or your account so you could try calling Sky on 150 to seee they will apply this offer for you.

I'm finding these VIP rewards a bit of a con. I've got three Sims already with them myself, my wife, and my daughter, yet I have to buy a new data plan to get that offer and can't change one of my existing SIM data plans to the VIP reward.
Do I have to cancel one of my data plans/sims to ad this to an account that's we use, do I have to add as an esim
Meaning I can't make Wi-Fi calls with it from my usual number.
If I cancel my contract, can I retain my number and add it to the new SIM? Doesn't explain this information anywhere?
it just seems ridiculous. I can't add that to my existing account. Surely that's not the case?

I'm afraid it is the case as the VIP offers apply to new sims only.
