Weak 4G

When I am out and about my

mobile says I have 4G but have no access to WhatsApp or any other apps like Instagram etc. if I am standing next to someone who is on EE they have full access and even 5G. Is this just because I am on Sky and Do I need to move to EE or is there something I can do to correct this

Sky Mobile is an MVNO on the O2 network.  Coverage may well be different to EE.

...and the reverse could happen.  That's the thing with mobile coverage across different networks.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky's data coverage is abysmal. We regularly can not access web pages, google maps, WhatsApp etc when out and about.
