Device swap

My daughter has got a new upgrade which was a swap but need to send the old device back but the box still hasn't come to return it so I need a new box can you help me please

Someone posted recently that the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return.
