Hi i recently paid off my old device credit agreement. I've ordered a new phone through the swap feature. Iv use my old device as the swap but I dont want to return my old device my credit agreement is paid off on my old device but im wondering since I've done the swap do I have to return my old device

If you have paid off your device then you can not use it as a swap as only devices that are still be paying off can be used so I'm not sure what or how you have managed to do this but I would call Sky on 150 to speak to them about this.

It was a sky agent who did the swap on the phone

Not sure what they have do but you will still need to call them to cancel the swap.
