SKY MOBILE SWAP

Had the offer to swap my phone. It than said I would get £18.00 for my phone or keep. So swap went through but both phones are now on future bills

It can take 3-4 weeks for swap returns to be fully processed.  You bill will include both devices until fully processed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
