If it helps, I see the same on MySky app and I am not a mobile customer.

 

Can you acecss your details via the mobile tab at the bottom of that screen ?

And if your phone has a Sky sim in it then call Sky on 150 as they will be able to help you with this.

@iPhone17pro1  one of your images have been rejcted as it shows both serial number & IMEI of the device.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

 it is saying my access is denied for the phone swap why is that an issue
