Have you a question? That's a statement. 

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

When did you place the order as usually all you need to do is to login to that link with the same details you used when placing the order. Any emails sent about your order should contain the order/account number.
