Bill not what expected after phone upgrade

Hi have recently upgraded from iPhone 14 to iPhone 16 plus. Have received my May bill and still being charged for old iPhone 14 when I have had confirmation that my returned iPhone 14 has settled the outstanding value of the iPhone 14? Please can you adjust bill so only paying for iPhone 16 plus? Thanks

Bling in your iPhone 14 will continue until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky. You will not lose out as any overpayment will be credited back in a future bill.
