Why does my order say in progress still it's meant to be next day delivery?! Item is in stock!

Not necessarily. Stock changes every day and as customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Mine is saying the same for an order on the 23rd. No idea why!

Next day delivery can't always be guaranteed especially over a bank Holiday.

Thanks, yeh I thought I'd maybe get an email saying when it was on its way. Didn't expect it to be here as next day with the bank holiday etc.

You might do and if you do it means it is on it's way to the courier DPD and then they will contact you with a one hour delivery slot.
