When did you get your PAC from O2 and give it to Sky?

Your O2 contract won't be cancelled until

the PAC is processed.

Hi @aj128  sky can't and don't cancel your O2 contract, it's up to you to do that either by calling and cancelling or if you want to keep your number you request a PAC from O2 and when you give that to Sky and it's used, your number is ported from O2 to Sky, closing your old account with them.

@aj128  Has your number ported to Sky?

If yes then the issue lies with O2  Are you being billed for the same number covering the same period or have you been assigned a new number from O2?

Isn't clear.  You have to get the PAC from o2 and then apply it to the relevant SIM on your account.  What exactly did you do?

@aj128

Your mobile number can not be on both network so is it now working via your Sky sim, if so all you can now do is to cancel as normal with O2.
