Took delivery of a tablet on the 28th August 2025, however it was meant to come with an AI keyboard track pad which never arrived.
Contacted sky on numerous occasions to be on the phone for over an hour passed from pillow to post, let's not forget to mention the times I've been cut off.
6 weeks later still no resolution and still without a keyboard. Will never purchase through Sky again. I understand there's a process but shoddy customer service when a complaint cannot be resolved ed in a timely manner.
PS. Contacted the courier also who is unable to help as Sky have marked it as one parcel when infact in should of been three.
What can I do? I would like to return at this rate, but will probably be asked where the keyboard is 🙄

What tablet did you order as for some of these free items you have to put a claim in for them while some should be automatically sent.
