Delivery in progress

I ordered a iPhone 16 plus a week ago, and I have a confirmation email, the summary of the order says- in progress and the delivery says- coming soon, does anyone have this problem or know what's going on?

As customers here only we can say what is going on but the usual reason for delays like this are because Sky is awaiting a delivery from their supplier.

I am also waiting ,  a week now  still showing in progress and the delivery says- coming soon, no communication from sky , advise  or offer any alternative .

The onus is on you to contact Sky to get an update if the tracking is still showing that.  Ordering an alternative will likely mean further credit checks.

Spoke to customer service and got an acceptable result.
