Delivery date says “coming soon”

I ordered a macbook through the my sky app exactly 7 days ago, and I've heard nothing at all since that day. When I try to track the order it just says "coming soon" and doesn't give a estimated date. The email says it will take 1-2 weeks, but if it's already been 1 week and doesn't even mention "in transit" or anything, then I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I've tried talking to the robot thing but we were going in circles .

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Re: Delivery date says “coming soon”

Thank you. Do you have the number for Sky, as my phone contract is not with them so I can't just dial a number to get to them

@kylaa
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.

Hi @kylaa  if it's been a week and it says 1-2 weeks then calling sky won't get any updates. They will refer you to what's in your account. The estimates are normally fairly accurate so hopefully you will get it next week.
