I will move your post as it's nothing to do with Sky+ TV.


As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Not sure how you would expect other customers to know this so what phone did you order, was it an iphone 17 by any chance ?
