Delevery issue

I ordered a 17 Pro Max from Sky Mobile. My order arrived at home, but I was not there, and my neighbor doesn’t know English. He said that he didn’t order it, so it was returned.

 

Now I have a question: I called Sky support, and they told me it would come back within a week. But 4 days later, when I called again, they told me it was cancelled and that I should place a new order.

 

Does anyone know what will happen?

Usually if a device is returned to Sky and therefore not signed for it would be returned to Sky so what now shows on your account ?

 

Also did DPD not contact you to give you a onje hour delivery slot ?
