I have two l sims, one ive had for years and never had a problem, the other ive has for less than a year and everytime i try and ring out it doesnt let me, i have to turn the phone off and then sometimes works, now i cannot receive calls? any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Brewty have you tried swapping the sims to the other phone and see what happens ? If the fault moves to the other phone then call sky for a replacement sim.
