Delayed sending device back

Hi to all 


i need to send my  iPad Air as a swap program, but I was waiting for the package to send to me and then send the old back.

 

but I didn't know I could use the same package that was send for the new one , it wasn't clear enough when talking one off the advisor over the phone, therefore is going beyond the date agreement to send it back.


is it any phone number I can call and try to explain what the situation is or will be any issue because I send it late?

If you call Sky they should hopefully be able to open the swap order again for you. 150 is the number to call from a phone that has a Sky sim in it or a Sky Talk landline phone number.
