Delayed package

I have now had 2 days of work waiting for my parcel which was meant to arrive yesterday! Now is not coming tomorrow because on ongoing delivery which is a absolute joke, I would like to put a complaint in please

I think complaining to Sky would be better, here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot so in theory there's no need to take two full days off.

 

Also, a family member with the same surname as you and the required photo I.D. (if requested) can accept delivery of the package on your behalf.
