Phone bill

Hi 

my phone bill is staying iPhone 15 pro max & iPhone 17 pro max 

I signed the agreement for swap, I've sent my old phone back and starting my new agreement

Hi @JadeBrownley  its taking at least 3 weeks for returns to be processed @JadeBrownley, any overpayment during this period will be refunded. If it's been more than 4 weeks the call sky on 150 with your tracking information and get them to chase it up.
