Defective iphone 16 pro max new
Hi there, so if you get a new iphone and phone wont work and you sent back to the sky after that how many days it will took to get a new phone deliver ? Thanks

Hi @Fazilanouman sky (or their representative) will have to check the phone and complete a report for sky. Returns normally take 2-3 weeks so it could conceivably be that sort of timescale.

The phone you returned will be looked at to see if it can be repaired and if it can't you will be informed about this. You are probably looking at 2-3 weeks for it to be looked at by the company that handles the returns for Sky.
