No mobile service

I was supposed to get a call back this morning regarding new Mobil contract I have recently took out.

 

I moved from EE to sky and both phone numbers on the contract do not work properly. one of the mobiles ending 398 now has data can receive text and make phone calls but I can't call free phone numbers so this means I can't phone sky Customer Service. 

 

mobile phone number ending 1089 now has data and can receive and send text messages but cannot make outgoing calls and cannot receive incoming calls.

 

like I said to The sky representative yesterday if this cannot be sorted out by yesterday then I will cancel the contract as I have 14 days to do so I now have the problem of trying to solve the issues on mobile number ending 089 but I haven't received a phone call as promised by the sky representative. now I cannot make calls from ending 982 sky. if this problem isn't resolved today I will be cancelling the contract and moving into a different provider. 

I expect a phone call within the hour.

I'm afraid no one will call you based on you posting on here. You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. Hopefully the agent you spoke to previously will get back to you.
