Hi, I bought a new iPhone 14 pro in November, and just after a month that is on the 12th of December, the phone speaker started crackling while I was traveling and it just got worse. After a week I updated my phone and the speaker completely stopped working. Now the videos and all the apps are lagging as I continue to use them. Overall my new phone has become useless. I visited the apple service center in India and I was told that the speaking is damaged and needed a replacement but now the phone is having an issue too. This is just the second month of my purchase.
please help me with this.

I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services. You would to contact Sky (just dial 150 from your Sky mobile if you're able to) as it'll still be under warranty.

Hi @63johnw,
I'm an oversea student in the UK (Edinburgh). I purchased my phone on EMI in SKY last month. Currently, I'm in India on my vacation hence I had to take my phone to a service center here.
