Death of account hokder

I reported it yesterday and she said I needed to set up a new account on my sky as my email address wouldn't work etc. I have tried but it won't do anything till I log in. But that just takes me to mams address so I can't set up a new account

It may be worth contacting Sky again Inform us of the death of an account holder | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
