Deactivated eSIM on iphone
My eSIM appears to have been deactivated so my sky mobile data and personal hotspot are not working anymore .. can it be reactivated or have I to order a replacement eSIM and if so how do I do this ?

Before you do it might be worth getting in touch with Sky about this deactivated one otherwise yoh migjt be billed for two of them, if you can't call there are some social media links at the bottom of this page you can use.

Thank you , I had to go into sky shop as I couldn't fix it and turned out it was down to my roaming settings ..they actually said I would never have been able to figure it out š¤¦āāļø for some reason my roaming settings weren't set to the sky settings
