Recently actived a new phone with you and it's only given 6gb of data when my contract is for 25gb of data a month

When you first activate the sim the data you get will not be the full allowance as it will be based on the number of days before it resets which is your billing date. After that you will see the full 25GB each month.

...and to add you'll also be charged pro-rata.  (So 6/25th's of the monthly amount)
