New IPhone 16

We had ordered a new IPhone 16, which was delivered by DPD yesterday, with the correct tracking number on the parcel.

 

Instead of the new IPhone was a battery back. We reported this to you yesterday, however we have not heard anything further from you, I would have at least expected a holding email.. Can you advise if our case is being investigated.

This is a customer helps customer forum.

 

An investigation into what happened will take longer than a day as you are probably looking at a good few weeks before and outcome is reached.
