We had ordered a new IPhone 16, which was delivered by DPD yesterday, with the correct tracking number on the parcel.
Instead of the new IPhone was a battery back. We reported this to you yesterday, however we have not heard anything further from you, I would have at least expected a holding email.. Can you advise if our case is being investigated.
