Data
I want the data that has been taken from my piggy bank back.
I reduced my contract as I had data in my piggy bank and it has now been taken. I was not informed this was going to happen either.
There was over 600gb taken from my account.

Re: Data
Reducing your data package will not see this removed as this would only happen if you have cancelled with Sky Mobile. Data in the piggybank remains on it for 12 months only so anything that was added to it this time last year that is unused will have been removed.

Expired as opposed to 'taken'.
From Sky's help page:
Reminder: Unused data lasts for 12 months.
There's no limit to how much data you can save, but it automatically expires after 12 months if you don't use it. So, each month, any data that’s 12 months old will drop off your Sky Piggybank balance. We don't send any reminders for this.
For example:
- Data added in May 2024 will expire in June 2025.
Example:
Say your Sky Piggybank balance is 100GB and the data rolled over for last month is 5GB. So, you’re expecting your Piggybank balance to be 105GB (100 + 5).
But as some data that’s 12 months old has automatically expired, for example, 2GB has expired, your Piggybank balance will be 103GB instead of 105GB (105 – 2).
