Missing Sky Mobile Phone – Marked as Delivered by DPD but Never Received
Hello Sky Team,
I need urgent help regarding my recent Sky Mobile order.
DPD shows my parcel (tracking number ***118 B) as delivered on 30th September 2025 at 10:16 AM, supposedly signed by someone named “LAID.” However, my name is Liad Alam, and I was at my workplace at that time — I can prove this through CCTV footage and work records.
The DPD driver (Emmanuel) did not verify my ID, and my neighbours confirmed that no one received the parcel on my behalf. The parcel contained a mobile phone, which is a high-value item.
I’ve contacted both DPD and Sky multiple times, but so far there’s been no solution or replacement. DPD has confirmed that Sky must escalate this case, but I haven’t received any updates.
Please can someone from the Sky team escalate this urgently and help me get this resolved?

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
You've done the correct thing in reporting it to Sky who will need to investigate this in conjunction with DPD.
Incidently, did you not receive an email detailing your 1 hour delivery slot if you were still at work and not at home to accept it?

Yes, I did receive the DPD delivery notification, but I was at work during the delivery time and had no one available at home to receive it. Despite that, the parcel was still marked as “delivered” and signed for in my name — which is impossible because I was not there.
DPD confirmed the driver didn’t check my ID and used the name “LAID” instead of my real name “Liad Alam.” I’ve already reported this to Sky Customer Service several times, but so far there’s been no update or replacement.
It’s quite disappointing because this was a high-value item, and I’ve provided proof that I was at work (and can confirm via CCTV if needed). I’m hoping Sky will take this seriously and work with DPD to find out who actually received my parcel.

If you have reported this to Sky then
they will investigate with DPD into what has happened and I'm afraid this can take a number of weeks to be completed.
