Data

Hi we are having terrible trouble abroad on all 3 mobiles I have with you. 
please can you see why the data is playing up?

This is a customer helps customer forum @Fridge+cam so what have you tried so far, so have you checked your spend cap is high enough to cover you stay if you have one set. Have you tried searching for other networks to see if the devices will connect and work and are they set to abroad:

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to abroad..

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to abroad,.

This is primarily a customer help forum.  We can't check anything...

 

What country are you in?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
