The same for me i cant roll my data. My virgin media is down and now sky. Its a joke

Hi @De_bz  and @Yaz7  if it's not letting you do it online then call sky on 150 so they can roll it for you and investigate why you can't. 

edit.  I have just tried and got the same so there must be an issue at Skys end.
