Data wont work

So I payed my bill on the the 24th, It's now the 30th and I still cant use any data/calls. It says I'm not restricted and I have checked and there are no "Issues" in my area.

I have tried the steps the AI chat gives but still nothing is working.

Also when I go to view my bill, It says "Payed" and under it says "Add a payment method" when I click it nothing loads, I have tried on my PC and my phone but it refuses to load any page. I have also manually added a payment method yet it still asks me to add one only on that page.

Are you able to call Sky on 150 ?

I can yes, and was asked if it was a Mobile issue, and was told to "View the app" which didnt help at all..

When the bot asks you any question try saying nothing as it might then direct you to an advisor.
