My mobile data screen showed 0 data. I had 12gb data available to roll over. I rolled 5 gun. After 5 minutes the loading icon was still going so I thought it wasn't working and closed it down. When I reopened it if showed I had 1.8 of my 2gb of my monthly allowance. It also showed in the data activity screen that I had rolled 5Gb data today and have 7gb left of saved data so where has my 5Gb rolled data gone if it has not been add d to my 1.8 left of my 2gb monthly allowance ??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would give it 24 hours to see if it has updated and if it hasn't then call Sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
