Data won’t work abroad

So I have loads of dater in my piggy bank and I normally send it over and it works. But I got a message from you guys saying I've gone over my cap. But I have rolled plenty of data from my piggy bank. I just want to use data as I'm abroad

What country?   If you in a 'rest of world' location then your piggy bank doesn't apply.  (I suspect this is the case if you've burnt through your cap)
