Data use

I joined Sky last week but I've not yet used my data SIM. Why have I lost 2GB off my data plan.

As a new customer when you activate the sim the allowance you get is based on the number of days before it resets so will not be the full month. When it does reset on your billing date after that you will get the full amount each month.

Does it cover period longer than 1 month?  (Look carefully at itemised bill)

It might be because that bill covers more than the usual 4 weeks this is due to the fact we are billed in advance so check what dates it covers as it might cover the date from when it was activated up to the date of the bill plus the next 4 weeks. No.

 

As above, it's probably a period longer than 1 month.  (As that bill will include the month in advance and a period prior)
