MySky app

Hi , I'm the account owner and all that jazz but every time I've gone to log into the app I get met with "your account is not authorised to access the MySky app" pic 2

 

when I try going through the website to fix it I am then met with " you can't see bills only the account owner or account manager can see my sky bills" pic 1

 

ive tried updating the app along with updating my phone , to then changing the passwords and usernames for my account and lastly I tried the undownload and re downloaded effort no affect, has anyone else had this issue before? Ta x

Hi @Katherine2001  I think you will need to call sky on 150 for help with this.

If you are yet to try this then see if linking your mobile account to your Sky ID then allows you to access your billing:
