Was on EE 5Gb plan and never used it up in a month. Switched to sky 10GB plan and can’t get to end of month without running out of data. How is this possible? Not doing anything different. Just new phone with sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @elliemay16 check your phone data monitor to see what's using the data. Check video settings in facebook and X and make sure they aren't set to auto play as that can use a lot of data.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHow long have you been with Sky mobile because when the sim is first activated you do not get the full allowance as it is only after the data resets on the billing date will you then get the full amount.
