Hi all,
Recently got a contract with Sky, received the phone today, set up all fine, went to install the eSIM and can't find the code emailed to me, possibly deleted it, possibly never received it. Helpfully all the other emails they've sent are on the app, not this one! I have the QR code and no emailed code. When I called he insisted I now need a physical sim which can take 7 days, my old contact ends in 3 so if I don't start this one I'll then be charged to cancel 😡 Any idea how to get them to just resend me the code?? Or where else I might find it? Thanks

Thank you, the physical sim arrived the next day so I managed to get it done
