Data roaming

I'm currently in Dubai but my data has just stopped working but I've tried removing my spend cap just still doesn't work. I was on my data roaming  passport plus but now it's just not working. Any help pleas

Sky have no control over foreign networks so it could be a local issue they can't fix.

Give this a try:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
