Proof of barring
Hello good morning
I lost my mobile and my insurance company is asking for proof of barring to claim a new device. So can u please provide me proof of barring certificate.

The proof of USAGE is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies normally require. So you need to look for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com
