Hi I'm currently in Spain but my data roaming hasn't activated it been over 12 hour since I've landed in the country and the ai assistant wasn't able to help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Vaddix00 make sure your spend cap is set high enough. Something else to try is turn off automatic network selection in your phone settings, then do a manual search and choose a different network from the list.
