Cannot activate new sim

When I try to activate my sim it asks me to link my SKYID. I use my surname and postcode and it asks for the digits from the account I use to pay my bill. But I've never had SKY mobile (only broadband) but it won't accept that account number

Yes I've been trying that for the last hour! Now on the phone to customer services!

Managed to activate 1 via customer services but it still won't do the other via the app or website.....looks like I'll be making another phone call tomorrow!!!

When you ordered that sim @Sammie26 you must have provided payment details so try using these details.

No it didnt ask for any payment details as I've been a broadband customer for over 20 years!  I just went on the app, ordered what I wanted and it got delivered.  I'm going to ring again tonight to get the other SIM card sorted
