Data on new phone

I have just activated my Sim three days ago. My contract includes 125 GB of data. I've used 110 mb and it is already telling me I am out of data. Can anybody explain this to me as it's impossible to get through to sky?

@kimjohn  The data allowance for the first bill cycle is pro rota , you will receive full allowance from second bill cycle onwards
