Data on call

Hi, the voLTE doesn't work on my phone and Sky haven't been able to help me.

Meaning to say the Data is not working while I'm on a call.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it please?

This has been reported on here many times @b4u2  with no solution from sky.

Sorry @b4u2  i have no suggestions, until sky come up with a solution then, I like you as a sky customer, will have to put up with the issue unless someone else has a solution.

I have seen it when making calls that mobile data is not available but it hasn't been an issue yet @b4u2  as I haven't wanted to use data when on a call.

@ I only have 100mb data on my current sky plan but that's not the point. IT SHOULD WORK

I've had so many issues with sky since joining and have been with them for over 7 years. I think more or less since the beginning. I've even taken them to Cisas a few times and won!
