I would like to change from 2GB for £8 per month to £5 for 5GB  per month but when I look at my bill it doesn't give me that option but I've been sent an email offer.

Hi @Wackey  normally those offers are for additional sims on your account. If this is an offer to change an existing plan then if it's not showing on your account as an option then all you can do is call sky on 150 to see if they can give you it, but don't be surprised they say no.
