Can't find my order in My order

I ordered my Iphone 16 pro today and the order was confirmed. But now that I log in to my account to track the status of my order the page is showing an error. I have tried signing out and in but nothing is working. Please help me. What shoud I do?

Call Sky and get them to check the order?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
