Unable to send texts from holiday in Italy. Roaming is on.

Managed to send one text whilst in Italy but others are all failing to send. Roaming is on and have powered down and back up. Any ideas?

Are you usng a spend cap and if so what is it set to, is it enough to cover your stay ?

Is roaming set to abroad and not automatic ?

 

Have you tried searching for other networks to see if your phone will conect and allow the texts to be sent ?

Hi,

 

Have now been unable to connect to any network so no mobile connectivity at all. Lost option to take off automatic and select 'Abroad' now. Not great!
