Data not working

My phone is only working when connected to the WiFi, I've got 90 odd gb in the piggy bank so it's definitely not run out

Having 90GB in the Piggybank doesn't necessarily mean you're not running low on your sim.

Yup - data in the piggybank is not usable unless you move in to a SIM...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
