Data not working correctly

Data not working correctly, websites and apps not loading.

No issues in my area with phone mast 

Can receive calls & texts no problem.

Spoke to Sky today they are sending out a replacement device but it's not the device as spoke to Apple and confirmed no issues with phone so it's got to be Sky Mobile (Network) 

All was working fine until Friday 24th January after the storm 

Can someone advise on this issue

Sky don't just send out a replacement device. They would require your phone to be returned for examination first. Could it be they're sending out a replacement sim in case yours is faulty?

Hi, thanks for the reply 

Sky has said it's not the network it's the device but I have contacted Apple who have confirmed that the device is okay no issues that they can see so it's the Sky Mobile network that's got to be the issue. Spoke to Sky yesterday and they are sending out a replacement device which doesn't make any sense as it's the network that's the issue so I should be getting a replacement SIM card.

Has anyone else been struggling with the website and apps not loading properly and the Data intermittent on and off?

Sky don't usually send 'replacement devices'. (Without sending a device back first)

 

Are you sure you haven't taken out a new contract to get it?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I'm also having problems with my sky data piggybank reported it on Friday 24th with no update since. Parts of the app also not loading. Not a phone issue
