Data has been taken from my piggyback and I did not authorise this

Hi

have just noticed on 3 separate occasions that data has been taken from my piggyback and I did not authorise this. Can you help? Thank you

Not sure about 3 separate occasions but after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

When you say 'taken' can you explain?

 

Data now expires after 12 months so it could be that?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
