Sky PUK code of 8 0's not working

Hi,

 

Wife's phone broke, so put SIM in an old Samsung Edge 7 i had but it wants a PUK code entered & the default Sky one suggested of 8 0's isn't working. 

 

Anybody have any ideas what else to try 🤔
